A couple of weeks ago I shot my first commissioned photoshoot--so exciting! Mike and Micki are the ladies behind reCreate, a design company dedicated to creating beautiful interiors using solely repurposed and reused materials. Their workshop is right here in Gothenburg, Sweden and their work can be seen at local restaurants, cafes and recently at Gothenburg University. They are dumpster diving, power tool drilling divas who aren't afraid to get down and dirty to make something out of nothing.
For their shoot I wanted to capture not only an industrial aesthetic, but also images that reflected their playfulness and creativity. We shot in a perfect location under the bridge at Röda Sten and are so pleased with the results. Check out the images below and see what Mike and Micki are up to now on their website.
